Abstract

Banjir meningkatkan risiko penyakit menular seperti diare, infeksi saluran pernapasan akut (ISPA), penyakit kulit, leptospirosis, dan demam berdarah. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman warga mengenai pencegahan penyakit menular pascabanjir dan mendorong perubahan perilaku higienis di tingkat keluarga. Metode pada kegiatan ini meliputi metode penyuluhan serta tes berupa pre-test dan post-test. Hasil: Kegiatan penyuluhan ini diikuti oleh 60 peserta, dengan mayoritas peserta perempuan sebanyak 78% dan berumur dewasa 19–45 tahun sebanyak 60%. Pada hasil pretest didapatkan mayoritas peserta memiliki pengetahuan kurang sebanyak 85%, tetapi setelah dilakukan penyuluhan dan diberikan post-test, ternyata yang memiliki pengetahuan kurang menjadi 30%. Dengan demikian, program ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada pembentukan komunitas yang lebih tangguh dan sehat dalam menghadapi banjir berikutnya.
