Pengaruh Budaya Keselamatan terhadap Niat Melaporkan Kesalahan Medis melalui Mediasi Sikap dan Kontrol Perilaku

Abstract
Keselamatan pasien menjadi perhatian utama dalam perawatan kesehatan dengan tujuan meminimalkan kesalahan medis, memastikan kesejahteraan pasien serta memberikan hasil yang optimal. Lebih dari 15% anggaran organisasi perawatan kesehatan dihabiskan untuk biaya rawat inap tambahan, litigasi, dan konsekuensi lain dari kesalahan dan temuan menunjukkan bahwa satu dari sepuluh pasien rawat inap menghadapi kejadian buruk. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif sebab akibat dan dilakukan secara cross sectional. Responden ialah 188 orang perawat. Metode analisis data yang digunakan berupa PLS SEM. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa budaya keselamatan pasien berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap melaporkan kesalahan medis dan juga niat melaporkan kesalahan medis. Budaya keselamatan pasien ditemukan tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap niat melaporkan kesalahan medis. Sikap melaporkan kesalahan medis dan kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan masing-masing berpengaruh positif terhadap niat melaporkan kesalahan medis. Budaya keselamatan pasien akan meningkatkan niat melaporkan insiden keselamatan pasien ketika dimediasi oleh sikap dan juga kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan. Manajemen rumah sakit disarankan melakukan edukasi secara rutin bahwa pelaporan berdampak langsung pada keselamatan pasien, melakukan seminar-seminar yang bertujuan menanamkan nilai profesionalisme dan etika, Manajemen rumah sakit harus membuat sistem pelaporan yang mudah, cepat, dan anonim. Selain itu, manajemen rumah sakit harus mengurangi hambatan administratif dan memastikan bahwa tenaga kesehatan merasa mampu melaporkan kesalahan medis tanpa tanpa kesulitan.
