Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan secara empiris bagaimana pembiayaan mikro yang sesuai ESG, pengetahuan tentang praktik berkelanjutan, serta kebijakan pendukung ESG secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi pertumbuhan berkelanjutan UMKM di Indonesia, dengan praktik bisnis berkelanjutan berperan sebagai mediator. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan sampel 400 UMKM di enam provinsi Indonesia yang dipilih melalui multistage random sampling. Data dianalisis dengan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa ketiga faktor pendorong (pembiayaan mikro sesuai ESG, pengetahuan, dan kebijakan) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap praktik bisnis berkelanjutan. Selanjutnya, praktik bisnis berkelanjutan terbukti menjadi mediator penuh yang mentransformasikan ketiga dukungan eksternal tersebut menjadi pertumbuhan berkelanjutan UMKM. Implikasi penelitian menekankan pentingnya strategi terpadu yang memperkuat akses pembiayaan hijau, kapasitas pelaku usaha, dan lingkungan kebijakan yang mendukung untuk mewujudkan transisi UMKM yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.
