Peranan Sikap Sebagai Mediasi Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Niat Menggunakan Rekam Medis Elektronik Pada Dokter

Abstract
Di Rumah Sakit X Cilegon, dokter diharuskan memiliki kemampuan menggunakan rekam medis elektronik (RME) seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi. Penggunaan rekam medis elektronik ini penting untuk menghindari kesalahan pencatatan serta mempermudah dalam menemukan data pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived usefulness dan perceived ease use terhadap niat menggunakan rekam medis elektronik dengan sikap sebagai intervening. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantatif sebab akibat. Responden penelitian sebanyak 113 dokter Teknik pengambilan sampel berupa total sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan enam pilihan jawaban. Metode analisis data menggunakan PLS SEM. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, sikap secara simultan dan sendiri-sendiri berpengaruh positif terhadap niat menggunakan rekam medis elektronik. Perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap. Sikap mampu memediasi pengaruh perceived usefulness dan juga perceived ease of use terhadap niat menggunakan rekam medis elektronik. Implikasi manajerial dan saran akan dibahas lebih lanjut dalam penelitian ini.
