Peran Aliran Informasi dalam Rantai Pasok terhadap Resiliensi Agribisnis: Systematic Literature Review dalam Konteks Indonesia

Abstract
Ketahanan pangan nasional di Indonesia sangat dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan rantai pasok agribisnis dalam menghadapi berbagai disrupsi, baik akibat perubahan iklim maupun dinamika pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran aliran informasi dalam meningkatkan resiliensi rantai pasok agribisnis melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengikuti protokol PRISMA 2020 serta menggunakan kerangka PICO untuk menentukan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi literatur. Data diperoleh dari basis data Scopus, Web of Science, ScienceDirect, dan Google Scholar pada periode 2000–2026. Dari total 1.248 artikel yang teridentifikasi, sebanyak 114 artikel memenuhi kriteria dan dianalisis lebih lanjut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aliran informasi berperan penting dalam memperkuat resiliensi rantai pasok melalui tiga mekanisme utama, yaitu peningkatan visibilitas, ketangkasan, dan kolaborasi antarpelaku agribisnis. Dalam konteks Indonesia, ditemukan karakteristik khusus berupa pemanfaatan digitalisasi informal, seperti WhatsApp Group petani dan jaringan pasar lokal, yang dinilai lebih adaptif dibandingkan penggunaan aplikasi digital kompleks pada wilayah dengan keterbatasan infrastruktur. Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan konsep “Sinkronisasi Responsif” yang menjelaskan pentingnya keselarasan data permintaan, produksi, dan logistik untuk mengurangi asimetri informasi serta bullwhip effect dalam rantai pasok. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa resiliensi agribisnis tidak hanya ditentukan oleh penerapan teknologi digital, tetapi juga oleh tingkat kepercayaan, kelembagaan petani, serta koordinasi lokal yang adaptif dalam mendukung pencapaian SDG 2.
