Pengaruh Manufaktur Ramping Terhadap Kinerja Melalui Rantai Pasok Hijau Dan Ketahanan Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Elektronik

Abstract
Industri manufaktur Indonesia menghadapi tantangan efisiensi di tengah persaingan global, ketidakstabilan geopolitik, dan tuntutan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Manufaktur Ramping terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan, dengan Manajemen Rantai Pasok Hijau dan Ketahanan Rantai Pasok sebagai mediator, pada Perusahaan manufaktur elektronik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif cross-sectional, dengan data kuesioner dari karyawan perusahaan yang dianalisis menggunakan SEM-AMOS. Hasil menunjukkan Manufaktur Ramping berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kedua mediator, namun Manajemen Rantai Pasok Hijau tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan; sebaliknya, Ketahanan Rantai Pasok terbukti memediasi penuh hubungan Manufaktur Ramping terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya Ketahanan Rantai Pasok sebagai strategi inti bagi perusahaan manufaktur untuk mengoptimalkan dampak Manufaktur Ramping secara berkelanjutan.
