Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada meningkatnya tuntutan global terhadap keberlanjutan yang mencakup aspek lingkungan, sosial, dan ekonomi, serta masih adanya kesenjangan implementasi di Indonesia. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatori dan analisis Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS), dengan sampel sebanyak 166 responden yang merupakan pimpinan dan karyawan Perusahaan tekstil yang terlibat dalam aktivitas rantai pasok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi canggih dan kolaborasi rantai pasok berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja rantai pasok berkelanjutan, sementara dukungan dan kebijakan pemerintah terbukti memperkuat hubungan tersebut. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi teknologi digital seperti AI, IoT, dan big data analytics, serta kolaborasi antar pelaku rantai pasok, merupakan faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan kinerja berkelanjutan dan daya saing perusahaan di era global.
