Peranan Altruism Sebagai Intervening Dalam Meningkatkan Reporting Culture Perawat Di RS X

Abstract
Reporting culture masuk kategori cukup baik dengan total pencapaian 71%, namun masih terdapat 29% yang harus diperhatikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh work stress dan teamwork terhadap reporting culture di RS X Antariksa melalui altruism perawat sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif kausalitas dan dilakukan secara cross sectional. Teknik total sampling dipakai sebagai metode pengambilan sampel. Responden merupakan seluruh perawat yang berjumlah 250 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menemukan work stress berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap reporting culture; teamwork berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap reporting culture; altruism berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap reporting culture; altruism memediasi pengaruh negatif dan signifikan dari work stress terhadap reporting culture; altruism memediasi pengaruh positif dan signifikan teamwork terhadap reporting culture. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu work stress, teamwork, dan altruism berpengaruh terhadap reporting culture; serta altruism memediasi pengaruh work stress dan teamwork terhadap reporting culture. Manajemen rumah sakit perlu memprioritaskan pembenahan struktur dan iklim organisasi, penguatan adaptabilitas tim, serta penguatan perilaku prososial untuk meningkatkan budaya pelaporan.
