Pengaruh Green Knowledge Management terhadap Business Growth dengan Sustainability Innovation Sebagai Variabel Mediasi Pada UMKM Kuliner Kota Batam

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Green Knowledge Management on Business Growth through the mediating role of Sustainability Innovation among culinary micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Batam City. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 261 culinary MSME owners in Batam City, who were selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) supported by SmartPLS software. The results indicate that Green Knowledge Management has a positive effect on Sustainability Innovation. Sustainability Innovation also has a positive effect on Business Growth. Furthermore, Sustainability Innovation mediates the effect of Green Knowledge Management on Business Growth. These findings demonstrate that effectively managed green knowledge can foster sustainability-oriented innovation, which ultimately contributes to the business growth of MSMEs.
