Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of reward and organizational communication on job satisfaction among employees of Station Accessories Samarinda. A quantitative approach was employed using a questionnaire distributed to 50 employees, who were selected using a saturated sampling technique. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 27. The results of the partial t-test indicate that reward has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (t = 4.124; sig. = 0.000), whereas organizational communication does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction (t = 0.019; sig. = 0.985). Simultaneously, the F-test shows that reward and organizational communication significantly affect job satisfaction (F = 70.270; sig. = 0.000). Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.749, indicating that 74.9% of the variation in job satisfaction can be explained by reward and organizational communication, while the remaining 25.1% is influenced by other variables outside the research model. These findings suggest that reward is the dominant factor affecting employees' job satisfaction, while organizational communication does not have a significant individual contribution. Therefore, organizations are encouraged to implement a fair and effective reward system to enhance employees' job satisfaction.
