Analisis Nilai Wajar Sewa Plaza Amfiteater Geopark Ciletuh-Pelabuhanratu Jawa Barat

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penilaian aset milik Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat, khususnya aset yang mendukung sektor pariwisata dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Fokus studi adalah Plaza Amfiteater yang berada di kawasan Geopark Ciletuh-Pelabuhanratu. Melalui analisis aset yang mencakup dukungan terhadap sektor pariwisata, potensi penerimaan negara dan penerimaan asli daerah, pemberdayaan masyarakat setempat, serta dampak ekonomi dan sosial, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Plaza Amfiteater memiliki nilai strategis untuk menguatkan peran aset daerah dalam meningkatkan penerimaan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Studi ini mengedepankan pendekatan penilaian aset sebagai alat untuk mendukung kebijakan pengelolaan aset pariwisata berkelanjutan di Jawa Barat.
