Penatalaksanaan Dengan Modalitas Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation, Ultrasound, dan Terapi Latihan Pada Frozen shoulder et causa bursitis

Abstract
Frozen shoulder atau adhesive capsulitis merupakan gangguan muskuloskeletal pada sendi bahu yang ditandai oleh nyeri, keterbatasan lingkup gerak aktif dan pasif, serta penurunan kemampuan fungsional. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas kombinasi Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS), ultrasound, dan terapi latihan pada pasien Frozen shoulder et causa bursitis. Penanganan dilakukan melalui empat sesi fisioterapi dengan evaluasi terhadap intensitas nyeri, kekuatan otot, lingkup gerak sendi, dan kemampuan aktivitas fungsional menggunakan Shoulder Pain and Disability Index (SPADI). Hasil menunjukkan adanya penurunan nyeri gerak dan nyeri tekan, peningkatan kekuatan otot, perluasan lingkup gerak sendi, serta perbaikan kemampuan fungsional setelah intervensi. Penurunan skor SPADI juga mengindikasikan berkurangnya tingkat nyeri dan disabilitas bahu. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi TENS, ultrasound, dan terapi latihan berpotensi efektif dalam mengurangi keluhan, meningkatkan mobilitas sendi, dan memperbaiki fungsi bahu pada pasien frozen shoulder akibat bursitis.
