Dampak Program Kesehatan Mental di Tempat Kerja bagi Karyawan Generasi Z

Abstract

Kesehatan mental di tempat kerja menjadi isu yang semakin penting, khususnya bagi generasi Z yang memiliki karakteristik unik dalam menghadapi tekanan kerja. Generasi ini cenderung lebih terbuka terhadap isu kesehatan mental, namun juga menghadapi tantangan seperti tekanan sosial dan kebutuhan akan keseimbangan hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak program kesehatan mental terhadap karyawan generasi Z. Metode kajian literatur digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan menganalisis data dari jurnal ilmiah, laporan terpercaya, dan publikasi resmi yang relevan. Sampel penelitian mencakup studi yang membahas efektivitas program kesehatan mental di tempat kerja, terutama pada aspek kesejahteraan karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program kesehatan mental yang dirancang dengan baik memberikan manfaat signifikan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis, kepuasan kerja, dan produktivitas karyawan, sekaligus mengurangi tingkat turnover. Namun, penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan pada penggunaan data sekunder, yang mungkin tidak sepenuhnya mencerminkan pengalaman langsung karyawan generasi Z. Penelitian mendatang disarankan untuk menggunakan metode primer, seperti wawancara atau survei, guna memperoleh data yang lebih spesifik dan terperinci. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan bagi perusahaan dalam mengembangkan program kesehatan mental yang lebih relevan dan efektif bagi generasi Z.
