Gambaran Kualitas Hidup Pasien Asma Pengguna Aplikasi Mobile Health: Studi di Klinik Pratama 24 Jam Firdaus Yogyakarta

Abstract
Asma merupakan salah satu penyakit kronis yang memengaruhi kualitas hidup pasien melalui berbagai gejala seperti sesak napas, batuk, dan mengi. Pada mahasiswa, asma dapat berdampak signifikan karena interaksi antara beban akademik, sosial, dan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas hidup penderita asma di Klinik Firdaus Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY) menggunakan instrumen Mini Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire (Mini AQLQ). Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif ini melibatkan 40 mahasiswa aktif UMY dengan riwayat asma yang berobat di Klinik Firdaus, dipilih melalui metode total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 55% responden memiliki kualitas hidup buruk, sementara 45% lainnya memiliki kualitas hidup baik. Faktor utama yang memengaruhi rendahnya kualitas hidup adalah kurangnya kontrol gejala akibat rendahnya kepatuhan terhadap pengobatan. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa gejala asma secara signifikan mengganggu aktivitas fisik, fungsi emosional, dan interaksi sosial responden. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya edukasi mengenai pengelolaan asma, kepatuhan terhadap terapi, dan identifikasi pemicu untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam merancang program edukasi dan layanan kesehatan berbasis kampus yang lebih holistik untuk mendukung pengelolaan asma dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan mahasiswa
