Peranan Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dalam Meningkatkan Kreativitas Anak Usia Dini Di TK ABA Sri Karang Rejo Kecamatan Lalan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of principal leadership in improving the creativity of early childhood at Aba Sri Karang Rejo Kindergarten, Lalan District. The research method uses a descriptive method, namely a qualitative method. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis includes data reduction and data presentation. The results of this study indicate that the principal of Aba Sri Karang Rejo Kindergarten has carried out all his leadership roles optimally through teacher training, child-centered learning methods, and parenting programs. Efforts to increase creativity are supported by relevant teacher competencies and spacious classrooms, but are still hampered by the lack of outdoor facilities and limited and damaged educational play equipment.
