Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Inovatif Dan Iklim Psikologis Terhadap Pengembangan Sumber Daya Guru Di SMA Swasta Kecamatan Belitang

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and describe the significant influence of innovative leadership and psychological climate on the development of teacher resources in private high schools in Belitang District. This study was conducted in private high schools located in Belitang District, East Oku Regency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The population of this study consisted of all private high school teachers from 6 schools in Belitang District, totaling 110 people. Based on the calculation, the number of samples used in this study was all private high school teachers in Belitang District. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used normality tests, linearity tests, simple regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests and F-tests. The results of the study showed that innovative leadership did not  too have a significant effect on the development of teacher resources. On the contrary, psychological climate was proven to have a positive and significant effect, thus becoming a dominant factor in improving the quality, competence, and professionalism of teachers.
