Peranan Growth Mindset In Learning Terhadap Psychological Safety Pada Mahasiswa Di Wilayah Jakarta

Abstract
Mahasiswa perguruan tinggi kerap menghadapi tekanan akademik dan sosial, seperti tuntutan capaian prestasi, kompetisi antar teman sebaya, dan adaptasi terhadap lingkungan belajar yang dinamis. Tekanan ini dapat mempengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis, termasuk rasa aman dalam berpendapat dan berinteraksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi hubungan antara growth mindset dan psychological safety pada 314 mahasiswa aktif di Jakarta berusia 18–23 tahun. Growth mindset adalah keyakinan bahwa kemampuan dapat dikembangkan melalui usaha, sedangkan psychological safety merujuk pada rasa aman dalam mengambil risiko interpersonal. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei dan teknik convenience sampling. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner daring yang tervalidasi dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden memiliki tingkat growth mindset dan psychological safety yang sedang hingga tinggi. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan growth mindset terhadap psychological safety (koefisien = 1,414; p = 0,000; R² = 0,960), yang berarti 96% variasi dalam psychological safety dijelaskan oleh growth mindset. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya menumbuhkan growth mindset guna menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman secara psikologis dan mendukung kinerja akademik mahasiswa.
