Asuhan Kebidanan Continuity of Care (COC) pada Ny. DRW dari Masa Kehamilan hingga Masa Interval

Abstract
Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) dan Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB) di Indonesia masih menjadi tantangan besar dalam pembangunan kesehatan. Continuity of Care (COC) merupakan pendekatan asuhan kebidanan yang berkesinambungan mulai masa kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, neonatus hingga keluarga berencana, dengan fokus pada pencegahan komplikasi dan peningkatan kesehatan ibu serta bayi. Studi kasus ini mendeskripsikan implementasi COC pada Ny. DRW di TPMB Yetty Sherot Setianingsih, Desa Kranggan, Kecamatan Gurah, Kabupaten Kediri (11 November 2024 – 22 Maret 2025). Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi SOAP. Hasil menunjukkan deteksi anemia ringan pada kehamilan dapat ditangani, persalinan berlangsung normal, pemulihan nifas lebih cepat, bayi berkembang optimal, dan ibu memilih kontrasepsi mantap (MOW). Keseluruhan proses menunjukkan Asuhan Kebidanan Continuity of Care efektif meningkatkan kualitas asuhan kebidanan dan keselamatan maternal-neonatal.
