Innovation and Digital Leadership Transformative: Sebuah Analisis Bibliometrik

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan penelitian terkait inovasi dan kepemimpinan digital transformasional melalui pendekatan bibliometrik. Dengan menggunakan basis data Scopus pada periode 2020–2024, penelitian ini melakukan analisis co-citation dan co-word untuk mengidentifikasi tren utama, pola publikasi, serta penulis dan literatur yang berpengaruh dalam kajian kepemimpinan digital. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga fokus utama dalam literatur, yaitu strategi transformasi digital dalam bisnis modern, pengembangan kapabilitas dinamis, serta inovasi dalam manajemen organisasi. Selain itu, kata kunci dominan seperti digital transformation, innovation, dan digitalization memperlihatkan arah penelitian yang semakin menekankan keterkaitan antara teknologi, inovasi, dan praktik kepemimpinan. Studi ini menegaskan bahwa kepemimpinan digital transformasional memiliki peran penting dalam mengelola perubahan, mendorong inovasi, dan menciptakan nilai tambah di era digital. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan strategis bagi peneliti maupun praktisi dalam merumuskan agenda riset dan kebijakan yang relevan dengan tantangan global transformasi digital.
