Peran Integrasi Manajemen Pendidikan Berbasis Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) dalam Mewujudkan Keadilan Akses, Peningkatan Mutu, dan Keberlanjutan Sistem Pendidikan

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran integrasi manajemen pendidikan berbasis Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs) dalam mencapai akses yang adil, peningkatan kualitas, dan keberlanjutan sistem pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber yang kredibel, termasuk Google Scholar dan situs web resmi organisasi internasional, yang mencakup periode 1950 hingga 2025. Dari 50 artikel yang diidentifikasi pada awalnya, hanya 31 yang memenuhi kriteria seleksi ketat dan dianalisis lebih lanjut. Temuan ini mengungkapkan bahwa mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip SDG ke dalam manajemen pendidikan meningkatkan efisiensi tata kelola, memperkuat inklusivitas, dan menumbuhkan kesadaran keberlanjutan dalam sistem pendidikan. Secara teoritis, hasil ini memperkuat relevansi Teori Sistem Terbuka dan Teori Kepemimpinan Transformasional dalam menjelaskan hubungan antara kepemimpinan, kebijakan pendidikan, dan keberlanjutan. Secara empiris, studi kasus seperti program “Sekolah Adiwiyata” dan Kantor Keberlanjutan Universitas Gadjah Mada menunjukkan implementasi nyata prinsip-prinsip SDG di tingkat institusi. Studi ini menekankan bahwa manajemen pendidikan berorientasi SDG bukan sekadar alat administratif, melainkan paradigma pembangunan berkelanjutan yang berfokus pada kesetaraan, kualitas, dan ketahanan sistemik. Namun, penelitian ini terbatas oleh cakupan sumber dan sifat deskriptifnya; Oleh karena itu, penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk menggunakan metode campuran guna menilai efektivitas implementasi SDG secara lebih komprehensif.
