Transformasi Branding Rumah Sakit melalui Layanan Human-Centered Marketing di Era Pasca Pandemi

Abstract
Transformasi branding rumah sakit di era pasca pandemi menjadi agenda strategis bagi sektor layanan kesehatan yang menghadapi perubahan signifikan dalam perilaku pasien. Artikel ini membahas bagaimana konsep human-centered marketing diterapkan untuk memperkuat citra merek (brand image) dan meningkatkan loyalitas pasien di tengah meningkatnya kompetisi layanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur sistematis (Systematic Literature Review/SLR) yang mengkaji 45 artikel terpublikasi antara tahun 2019–2024 dari basis data Scopus, ScienceDirect, dan Emerald Insight. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran berbasis manusia menekankan empati, pengalaman pasien, dan personalisasi layanan sebagai pilar utama pembentukan brand trust. Rumah sakit yang mengintegrasikan nilai kemanusiaan dalam seluruh titik kontak pasien mulai dari komunikasi digital, pelayanan klinis, hingga interaksi pasca layanan cenderung memperoleh keunggulan kompetitif dan reputasi yang lebih kuat. Temuan juga menegaskan bahwa branding rumah sakit tidak lagi hanya bergantung pada promosi visual atau iklan, tetapi pada pengalaman emosional pasien yang berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, transformasi branding di sektor kesehatan perlu diarahkan pada pendekatan patient-centered experience melalui inovasi layanan, storytelling merek, dan penerapan teknologi digital yang tetap menonjolkan sentuhan manusiawi. Artikel ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan dalam pengembangan strategi pemasaran rumah sakit yang relevan dengan dinamika perilaku pasien di era kesehatan modern
