Memetakan Lanskap Intelektual Literasi Informasi Kesehatan tentang Jerawat pada Remaja: Sebuah Analisis Bibliometrik dan Visualisasi VOSviewer

Abstract
Jerawat (acne vulgaris) merupakan kondisi dermatologis umum yang memiliki dampak psikososial signifikan pada remaja, mendorong mereka untuk mencari informasi kesehatan secara masif di lingkungan digital yang kompleks. Kemampuan untuk menavigasi lingkungan ini secara efektif, yang dikenal sebagai literasi informasi kesehatan, menjadi determinan krusial bagi kesejahteraan mereka. Meskipun demikian, lanskap penelitian yang menghubungkan jerawat, literasi kesehatan, dan remaja masih terfragmentasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan secara sistematis lanskap penelitian global pada domain interdisipliner ini menggunakan analisis bibliometrik. Dengan mengekstraksi data dari basis data Web of Science (WoS) dan Scopus, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi struktur intelektual, tren tematik, dan jaringan kolaborasi yang ada. Metode analisis mencakup analisis kinerja untuk mengukur produktivitas dan dampak entitas penelitian (penulis, institusi, negara, jurnal) serta pemetaan ilmiah menggunakan VOSviewer untuk memvisualisasikan jaringan ko-okurensi kata kunci, ko-penulisan, dan ko-sitasi. Hasil analisis kinerja menunjukkan konsentrasi produktivitas penelitian di negara-negara Amerika Utara dan Eropa, dengan beberapa institusi dan penulis yang menjadi pusat pengaruh. Pemetaan ilmiah melalui ko-okurensi kata kunci mengidentifikasi empat klaster tematik utama: (1) Inti Klinis & Patofisiologis, (2) Dampak Psikososial, (3) Literasi & Edukasi Kesehatan, dan (4) Lingkungan Informasi Digital. Analisis visual menunjukkan adanya "silo penelitian" atau keterpisahan antara klaster klinis dengan klaster psikososial dan literasi digital, yang mengindikasikan kurangnya integrasi dalam riset yang ada. Analisis temporal lebih lanjut mengungkap pergeseran fokus penelitian dari patogenesis dasar menuju tema-tema kontemporer seperti peran media sosial dan mikrobioma kulit. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini menyediakan peta berbasis data pertama dari domain ini, menyoroti celah penelitian yang signifikan, dan mengusulkan agenda penelitian masa depan yang berfokus pada intervensi literasi kesehatan digital yang terintegrasi dan berkonteks budaya, khususnya untuk konteks Indonesia.
