Growth Mindset Sebagai Prediktor Prestasi Belajar IPS Siswa Sekolah Dasar

Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran growth mindset sebagai prediktor prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) pada siswa Sekolah Dasar melalui tinjauan literatur sistematis. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan menyeleksi 25 artikel empiris yang relevan dari database akademik terindeks. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa growth mindset merupakan prediktor signifikan bagi prestasi belajar IPS. Siswa dengan pola pikir berkembang menunjukkan keterlibatan, ketekunan (grit), dan strategi belajar yang lebih baik, yang dimediasi oleh faktor seperti efikasi diri dan dukungan lingkungan. Kebaruan penelitian terletak pada fokus spesifik konteks IPS di SD Indonesia, yang masih jarang diteliti, serta penekanan pada fase perkembangan krusial pembentukan mindset. Implikasi praktisnya, temuan ini menjadi dasar bagi guru dan orang tua untuk merancang intervensi dan aktivitas pembelajaran yang menumbuhkan growth mindset, misalnya melalui pujian atas proses dan pembelajaran berbasis tantangan. Kontribusi penelitian ini memperkaya khazanah psikologi pendidikan dengan bukti empiris kontekstual tentang pentingnya menanamkan pola pikir berkembang sejak dini untuk meningkatkan prestasi dan sikap belajar siswa.
