Ekspresi Diri Gen Z melalui Fitur Posting Ulang Tiktok

Abstract
Fenomena meningkatnya penggunaan fitur posting ulang (repost) pada aplikasi TikTok menunjukkan adanya perubahan cara Generasi Z mengekspresikan diri di ruang digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara penggunaan fitur repost TikTok dengan ekspresi diri pada pengguna Generasi Z. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 103 responden yang merupakan pengguna aktif TikTok. Instrumen penelitian disusun berdasarkan skala Likert lima poin dan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS dengan uji korelasi Pearson dan Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat kuat dan signifikan antara penggunaan fitur repost dan ekspresi diri (r = 0,882; p < 0,01). Analisis antarindikator juga menunjukkan bahwa aspek popularitas dan interaksi sosial merupakan faktor yang paling dominan dalam mendorong ekspresi diri pengguna. Temuan ini memperkuat teori Uses and Gratifications dan Self-Presentation, yang menjelaskan bahwa individu secara aktif memanfaatkan media sosial untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ekspresif dan membangun citra diri digital. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusidalam memahami bagaimana fitur repost tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat berbagi ulang konten,tetapi juga sebagai media representasi identitas dan komunikasi simbolik di era media sosial partisipatif.
