Ancaman Minuman Berpemanis Terhadap Generasi Indonesia Emas 2045

Abstract
Minuman berpemanis di Indonesia, dengan kadar gula 37-54 gram per 300-500 ml, melebihi rekomendasi 6-12 gram, meningkatkan risiko PTM seperti diabetes dan obesitas. Tingginya konsumsi minuman berpemanis oleh remaja (72%) menjadi ancaman serius bagi kualitas hidup generasi muda dan bonus demografi 2045. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis ancaman minuman berpemanis terhadap generasi Indonesia Emas 2045 dengan menggunakan pendekatan Intelijen. Metode yang diterapkan adalah metode campuran (mix method) dalam penelitian ini, dengan populasi penelitian yang terdiri dari remaja yang bersekolah di SMP dan SMA sederajat di wilayah perkotaan DKI Jakarta yang dianggap sebagai representasi. Metode pemilihan sampel menggunakan simple cluster sampling, dan total sampel yang terambil adalah sebanyak 2.049 responden, dengan tingkat kepercayaan sebesar 95%. Hasil penelitian menyajikan gambaran situasi konsumsi minuman berpemanis di tingkat nasional, menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan yang berlaku saat ini belum mencapai tingkat optimal dalam mengendalikan konsumsi minuman berpemanis. Data statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat keterkaitan yang signifikan antara faktor predisposisi (akses, pemasaran, harga, dan pengetahuan) dengan pola konsumsi. Selain itu, juga terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pola konsumsi dengan dampak kesehatan (pre/obesitas, pre/diabetes, pola aktivitas, dan ketagihan). Hal ini dapat diamati dari data responden yang menunjukkan bahwa 59,1% dari mereka memiliki pola konsumsi tinggi, sementara responden dengan Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) >25 mencapai 16,2%. Temuan ini diperkuat oleh kesimpulan dari wawancara dengan pakar dan pejabat terkait. Setelah melalui analisis intelijen, kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah bahwa minuman berpemanis merupakan isu keamanan yang bisa menimbulkan ancaman terhadap pencapaian visi Indonesia Emas 2045. Dalam konteks sekuritisasi, minuman berpemanis dianggap sebagai ancaman serius yang dapat mengganggu atau bahkan menghambat pelaksanaan program pembangunan nasional, termasuk visi Indonesia Emas 2045.
