Abstract

Stres merupakan kondisi yang biasa terjadi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Mengetahui dengan tepat definisi stres, faktor yang memengaruhi serta upaya untuk mengelola stres dengan baik melalui psikoedukasi diharapkan dapat membantu siswa untuk mencapai well-being. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas psikoedukasi berbasis estetika dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa SMA mengenai stres dan strategi coping. Penelitian menggunakan desain one-group pretest–posttest dengan partisipan sebanyak 10 siswa yang aktif berorganisasi. Intervensi diberikan dalam lima sesi melalui metode presentasi dan simulasi yang dipadukan dengan aktivitas estetis, seperti musik, seni, visual alam, dan menulis. Pengukuran pemahaman dilakukan menggunakan angket dengan pertanyaan terbuka. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai uji t test (t = -7,184) dengan (p<0,001). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan pengetahuan siswa  tentang tentang stress, faktor yang memengaruhi serta cara mengelola stres. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa psikoedukasi berbasis estetika efektif membantu siswa memahami konsep stres, mengenali pemicu dan responsnya, serta mengidentifikasi strategi coping yang dapat digunakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Program ini berpotensi menjadi alternatif edukasi preventif yang mudah diterapkan di sekolah.
