Model Bisnis Berkelanjutan dan Strategi Bersaing Rumah Sakit dalam Era Digital: Literature Review

Abstract
Era digital menghadirkan perubahan besar dalam model bisnis dan strategi bersaing rumah sakit, khususnya dalam upaya keberlanjutan dan peningkatan layanan kesehatan. Melalui pendekatan tinjauan literatur, penelitian ini menganalisis model bisnis berkelanjutan dan strategi kompetitif rumah sakit dalam era digital. Tujuan utamanya adalah mengidentifikasi tema dan strategi kunci yang mendukung keberlanjutan, efisiensi, dan inovasi jangka panjang. Ditemukan bahwa penerapan teknologi digital, seperti big data, EMR, dan telemedicine, serta fokus pada penciptaan nilai jangka panjang, menjadi faktor utama dalam membangun daya saing dan keberlanjutan rumah sakit. Selain itu, integrasi tujuan sosial dan lingkungan serta kolaborasi strategis dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan semakin memperkuat posisi rumah sakit dalam menghadapi tantangan masa depan. Penelitian ini memberikan panduan bagi pengembangan model bisnis berkelanjutan yang efektif, yang tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas layanan kesehatan tetapi juga memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat dan lingkungan.
