Menguak Manfaat Puasa pada Spiritual dan Fisik dalam Perspektif Sains dan Teknologi

Abstract
Puasa merupakan praktik yang dikenal dalam berbagai tradisi keagamaan seperti Islam, Kristen, Yahudi, Hindu, dan Buddha. Selain sebagai bagian dari ritual spiritual, puasa diyakini membawa manfaat bagi kesehatan tubuh dan jiwa. Dalam perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan modern, puasa semakin dipahami melalui kajian ilmiah yang menunjukkan pengaruhnya terhadap metabolisme dan fungsi tubuh. Dari sisi spiritual, puasa melatih pengendalian diri, meningkatkan kesadaran batin, serta memperkuat hubungan seseorang dengan Tuhan. Proses menahan keinginan biologis membantu membentuk kesabaran, keikhlasan, dan pengendalian emosi. Kombinasi manfaat fisik dan spiritual tersebut menjadikan puasa sebagai praktik holistik yang membentuk kesehatan serta karakter secara menyeluruh.
