Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Digital dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kesejahteraan Psikologis Karyawan di PT. Srikandi Inti Lestari

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja digital dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan di PT. Srikandi Inti Lestari. Transformasi digital yang semakin berkembang telah mengubah pola kerja organisasi melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam komunikasi, koordinasi, dan pelaksanaan pekerjaan. Di sisi lain, kepemimpinan transformasional menjadi faktor penting dalam membantu karyawan beradaptasi terhadap perubahan serta menjaga kondisi psikologis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatori. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan PT. Srikandi Inti Lestari menggunakan skala Likert lima poin. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistics. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan. Kepemimpinan transformasional juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan. Selain itu, lingkungan kerja digital dan kepemimpinan transformasional secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan organisasi dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan tidak hanya ditentukan oleh ketersediaan teknologi digital yang mendukung pekerjaan, tetapi juga oleh kemampuan pemimpin dalam memberikan dukungan kepada karyawan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu mengintegrasikan pengelolaan lingkungan kerja digital yang efektif guna menciptakan kondisi kerja yang produktif, adaptif, dan mendukung kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan di era digital.
