Pengaruh Strategi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dan Lingkungan Kerja Digital terhadap Kinerja Organisasi melalui Kepuasan Kerja pada Bank Jatim Kantor Pusat Surabaya

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia dan lingkungan kerja digital terhadap kinerja organisasi melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada Bank Jatim Kantor Pusat Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausal. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 120 pegawai Bank Jatim Kantor Pusat Surabaya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan koefisien 0,431 dan p-value 0,000. Lingkungan kerja digital juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan koefisien 0,376 dan p-value 0,000. Strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja organisasi dengan koefisien 0,268 dan p-value 0,001, sedangkan lingkungan kerja digital berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja organisasi dengan koefisien 0,241 dan p-value 0,003. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja organisasi dengan koefisien 0,382 dan p-value 0,000. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja terbukti memediasi pengaruh strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia dan lingkungan kerja digital terhadap kinerja organisasi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kinerja organisasi perlu didukung oleh strategi SDM yang efektif, lingkungan kerja digital yang memadai, dan kepuasan kerja pegawai yang tinggi.
